Exhaust fan, also known as ventilation fan, is a type of air conditioning device that is driven by an electric motor to rotate the fan blades and drive the airflow, allowing for the exchange of indoor and outdoor air. The purpose of exhaust is to remove indoor polluted air, regulate temperature and humidity, and is widely used in households and public places.
Exhaust fan, also known as negative pressure fan, negative pressure fan, etc., utilizes air convection to keep the indoor environment in a negative pressure state, forming a suction force that continuously sucks in outdoor air and expels the stuffy and hot indoor air, thereby achieving ventilation and cooling effects.
Maintenance personnel of exhaust fans must pay attention to the following points:
1. Only when the fan equipment is completely normal can it operate.
2. If the fan equipment is started after maintenance, attention should be paid to whether all parts of the fan are normal.
3. Regularly remove dust, dirt, water and other impurities from the inside of the fan and gas delivery pipeline, and prevent rust.
4. Repairs to fan equipment are not allowed during operation.
