Before installation
1. 2. When selecting the air outlet environment for installation, it should be noted that there should be no large obstacles within 2.5-3M on the opposite side of the air outlet.
During installation
1. Smooth installation: When installing the fan, attention should be paid to the horizontal position of the fan and adjust it to be level and stable with the foundation plane The motor must not tilt after installation.
2. When installing the fan, the adjustment bolts of the motor should be in a convenient position for operation To facilitate the adjustment of belt tension during use.
3. When installing the fan bracket, it is necessary to ensure that the bracket is level and stable with the foundation plane. If necessary, angle iron should be installed next to the fan for reinforcement.
4. After the installation of the fan, the sealing around it should be checked. If there are gaps, they can be sealed with a sunboard or glass glue. installation is complete
1. After installation, check if there are any remaining tools and debris inside the fan Use your hand or lever to move the fan blades and check for any tightness or rubbing. If there are any items that hinder rotation and no abnormalities, then proceed with the trial run.
2. If there is abnormal noise or other abnormal phenomena such as fan vibration or motor buzzing during operation, the machine should be stopped for inspection. It should be repaired before starting up for use.
